Order Cancellation Policy

It is imperative that you contact us during this period so that we can try to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped.

No request for cancellation will be accepted once your order has been processed.

Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible addresses. If your package is returned to us, you may choose either a refund minus shipping costs or a reshipment according to your choice. Refunds are only issued once the package is received by us.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You may return items if you are dissatisfied or have changed your mind and send the package to the address provided by our support team. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned items.
